Building a Cohesive Multi-Clinic Web Presence for Heelex

For Heelex, our goal was to unify their expanding network of medical clinics under one clear, patient-focused digital brand. We redesigned the main Heelex website and built three new clinic sites from the ground up, each tailored to its market and specialty — from podiatry care to non-surgical arthritis treatment and wellness services. Every site was developed with a mobile-first design, consistent navigation, and optimized content structure to support SEO growth and local discoverability. Together, these sites deliver a seamless user experience that reflects Heelex’s professional care standards while improving online visibility and accessibility across regions.

The Challenge

📉 Outdated website architecture limited visibility in Google search and made it difficult for patients to find key treatment pages.


⚙️ No structured SEO strategy — missing metadata, weak on-page optimization, and inconsistent keyword targeting across clinic sites.


🔍 Low keyword visibility for core services such as arthritis therapy, podiatry, and non-surgical pain treatment.

The Solution

✅ Redesigned the original Heelex website with a modern, mobile-first layout that improved navigation, readability, and search performance.
✅ Built three new clinic websites from scratch — each designed for a different market (Surprise AZ, Knoxville TN, and Wellness) with unique branding, service focus, and localized SEO.
✅ Implemented full on-page SEO across all sites, including structured metadata, internal linking, and optimized copy for high-value treatment keywords.
✅ Expanded local search visibility by optimizing Google Business profiles and building location-specific pages for targeted services.
✅ Created consistent design and content standards across all websites to strengthen brand recognition and ensure a seamless user experience.
